It has 34 single bedrooms of which 23 have en suite facilities and 3 companion rooms all of which have en suite facilities. All rooms are fitted with a call system, individual control central heating and breathtaking views of the garden or surrounding countryside. All rooms are fully furnished. Provision is also made for residents who wish to bring in their own furniture and other personal belongings. Two single rooms, with en suite facilities, have been specifically designed for wheelchair users.

Watford House has ample toilet and bathroom facilities which are fully equipped with aids to assist those who require such help with showering, bathing and using the toilet. The Home is equipped with a four person passenger lift. There are four separate lounges, having TV, video and stereo equipment. In addition to the main lounges a library is being developed. There is an attractive double glazed conservatory and separate dining room.
